Spasm: I am not sure of what all your symptoms are but most likely spasm. Of note this will happen more with stress or irritable bowel. It will also happen sometimes if there is days between bm or you are constipated. See your doctor if possible. and drink much water to make sure you are well hydrated. Best wishes.
