Gingivitis: Most likely at your age some bleeding from active gingivitis. Probably time for a bit of dental hygiene from your family dentist office.

Last week Thursday I started feeling sick - runny nose and thereafter started coughing. The cough has gotten slightly better but there are traces of blood that I spit out on occasion since Saturday. I also quit smoking recently.
Had a slight cold, been blowing my nose because it was stuffy now that its clear up I see a bit of blood in my phlegm when I spit not all the time but once or twice a day. Not sure if its from my throat or nose ? I have no cough Any suggestions?
