Id you do not have symptoms of upper respiratory infection but only throat pain + bloody spit without tooth issue, you need to be examined ASAP if symptoms persist in the next 24 hours.

Unfortunately cannot tell without Examination, possible lab tests, possible imaging. Choices: Be examined by either your GP or a specialist ENT AND by your General Dentist or a specialist Periodontist. Symptoms may be related or may be 2 separate coincidental problems. Don't put this off.
