If a person has lots of mouth ulcers and not able to eat food properly for days. can this physical stress further cause ulcer or gastritis in stomach.

Ulcers: Mouth ulcers should be evaluated. How many, how long, frequent occurrence or first time outbreak. The cause needs to be determined and treated. Depending on the cause then we can confirm or rule out spread. Stress or Helicopter pylori can cause stomach ulcer, gastritis can have multifactorial cause. One of them improper diet.
