I think i may have accidentally eaten some ants. i left my takeout container on the table and when i came back 2 mins i saw some ants on the table near the container. not sure if any got in and i didnt see any. after an hour had a sour taste in mout?

Not likely: It is not likely that you have ingested any ants based on above scenario. Sour taste is likely related to a degree of reflux.
