I have a 7.3 cm complex ovarian mass on my right ovary. it has been causing me pain for a monthwith diarrhea and vomiting. i was tested for ovarian cancer with the ca-125, and my result was 16.5. does this mean im absolutely cleared of having cancer?

No,: but the blood test is somewhat reassuring. Removal of cyst may be best way to be sure.
