Hi, i am concerned about having pancreatic cancer. i have had 4-5 bouts of extreme diarrhea/vomiting directly after eating in the last 6 months after having my baby. i have gurling stomch, l mild abd pain and some of my stool seem to float?

Your symptoms seem to point more towards upper gi pathology (stomach specifically), however other causes cannot be ruled out without proper work up. Start with your primary care doc that should be able to further coordinate, investigate or refer based on findings.
