I took spironolactone 100mg per day for a week to reduce my total body water and then stopped for a week and then resumed same dosage after a week. will that dosage for that length of time affect my testesteron levels and affect my muscles strength?

Unclear: Spironolactone does block some effects of testosterone and other chemicals in its class (called “androgens”). However, a number have suggested no change in the testosterone present in the body. There does not appear to be evidence suggesting that spironolactone decreases muscle strength.
