Not usually: 68 is a reasonable heart rate for someone on a drug in the class of beta blockers or drugs that slow the heart rate. A heart rate of 50 would be low.

That BP is fine: The main thing is that you are not lightheaded or dizzy. If it dropped below 50 and/or you had symptoms, then the dose would probably need to be lowered.
