Puzzling : A truism in medicine is when a good treatment is not working it is either the wrong treatment or the diagnosis is wrong. It may be worth your time to have a re-check to make sure this is the real reason for symptoms.

Usually: spread by sexual intercourse, if not getting better, retesting may be needed, to be sure of trichomonias. If testing was done prior, a discharge can continue with out an active trichomonas infection with another type of infection causing the discharge.
