Unlikely: New Aptima technology has made diagnosing Trichomonas without a microscope more accurate. It is unlikely that you had two falsely negative tests, provided it was collected properly and appropriate test vial was used. There are other conditions that can mimic trich symptoms - please follow up with your clinician or relevant specialist.
