I have a little rash at the back of my hands. the rash is not itchy or painful but it is spreading. it has been there for almost 8 months now.

Rash: A rash present for 8 months even though not itchy would make me suspicious for some type of exposure. Drug reaction or food allergen. Possibly some type of photo dermatitis. If you have had this for 8 months, I would recommend an evaluation.
