Rash on hands for months started on top left hand . dr thought it was eczema and prescribed terbaspor topical cream. the rash spread to fingers on both hands then was prescribed presidone, celestamine,advantan & clobex spray. now worse itchy & hurt

Hand rashes: This severe persistent itchy rash involving both hands may be eczema or allergic response to something external coming in contact with the backs of the hands and fingers or to something internal such as a food. If you're not being treated by a dermatologist, consult one. If you're seeing one already then I recommend consulting one at the department of dermatology at a university hospital.
