Gosh!: This sounds concerning for impetigo, a bacterial skin infection caused by streptococcus bacteria. It is easily treated with antibiotic ointments or pills if it is wide spread. This could also be an allergic dermatitis. Someone would need to see it to make sure. Consider a video consult with a local doc here on HealthTap to get it seen quickly.

See a dermatologist: Hand eczema may be related to allergy or irritation. A dermatologist will be interested in your work + other activities. Bring every product you have applied to your hands. You will respond to a prescription cortisone.
