Sjögren’s syndrome: Unfortunately the syndrome causes xerostomia. I have to assume that your dental issues were due to the xerostomia and not lack of professional or adequate home care. Dental implants can suffer the same periodontal issues as natural teeth, which would be exacerbated by the xerostomia. Spending thousands of dollars on treatment with little hope of success might not be prudent. Get 2nd opinions.
