Tension headaches: It is very good to record your symptoms and any patterns, associated tr. Start with good habits - adequate sleep, regular meals/snacks, drink 6-8 cups of water a day. Meds like ibuprofen or paracetamol may be given 2-3 times/week. The traditional blue and white spotted ice pack may help. Meditation and guided imagery may also be helpful. Good luck!
