Differential: So could be a number of things. Most likely you probably are coming down with a cold/infection, something like the flu perhaps. However, in a limited forum like this one, cannot rule out neurological issues, such as MS, other infectious causes, musculoskeletal issues (rotated vertebrae, pinched nerve), etc. I would see a doc and get evaluated if it persists.
