Try NSAIDS: The location of the headache can help determine the cause. Sinus tends to be around/ behind, between the eyes or over the teeth. Tension often feels like a vise around the entire head or the temples. It can also originate from the neck and move forward. Migraines are usually more severe and often one sided. If there are no other concerning symptoms and no allergies try motrin/advil/ ibuprofen.
