Good for most but:: Chicory has nutrients like B6, Manganese and Vit c as well as inulin, a prebiotic that can improve GI health. It may lower blood sugar and reduce inflammation. However, it's not for everyone: some are allergic and get swelling and tingling of the mouth Those symptoms are obvious; if you try it and don't react then it's good for you.
