i have been super queezy and found a lemon ginger tea, but it contains roasted chicory. should i avoid it. it's by celestial seasoning.

Chicory is fine: ginger can help with nausea, as can lemon balm (Melissa), lemon verbena and lemon grass. Not sure which of these is in your tea, but chicory shouldn't pose a problem.
