Hello. : Hello. Yes, chocolate and chicory can stain teeth. Grape juice, curry, cherries, soy sauce, tea and dark colas can also cause staining. Tobacco is also a big problem (both chewing tobacco and cigarettes).

Deep colored foods: Any deeply colored food or drink can stain the teeth and darken them. It's critical that you refrain from deep colored foods and drinks while whitening and for at least 24 hours afterward as well. To keep the white longer and yet not give up your favorite things, use a whitening toothpaste as long as it doesn't make you sensitive.
