Uncertain: I am wondering if you might have additional diagnoses as personality disorders by themselves don't usually require antipsychotic medications. Are you referring to Citicoline (Cognizin) supplement? Your treating doctor can over each of your diagnoses with you and advised of possible treatment duration.
