Exam!: It's very difficult to say without an exam & possible biopsy what the growth may be. I suggest an exam at a medical clinic as soon as possible where a biopsy may be done. An infection or skin cancer are among considerations for this growth. The sooner the growth is properly diagnosed & treated the better your chances are for a cure. I wish you well with your health!
