My sgot is 46 (up to 36), sgpt is 58 (up to 45), gamma gt 55 (up to 43). it has always been slightly elevated. it could be due to the green tea extract and burdock tea that i drink. is it a concern?

Yes: Yes, it could be related to tea. Regardless of that it is convenient to rule out all the other causes that may be causing that elevation in the enzymes. I recommend to visit a medical internist. If all the other causes are ruled out you can stop taking the tea and have the enzymes checked after 2 weeks. Have a great day.
