Would the heart ultrasound and angiogram ct scan i had show if i had coroided artery disease. blocked heart valves or structural abnormalities?

Partly yes.: An echocardiogram would not show carotid or coronary arteries directly; it would show the status of your valves and help rule out structural abnormalities. A ct angiogram could show coronary artery status but might not image high enough to show the carotid arteries.
