Thigh cramls: Stretching exercises are the best preventables for leg cramps. If you experience leg cramps very often get checked for deficiencies of calcium and magnesium. Drink sports drinks to prevent dehydration and electrolyte loss if you peroxide heavily.

Agree with Dr. C: Once cause of cramps could be low potassium and you can remedy that drinking fruit juice like orange juice. It is good that you exercise. Thigh cramps: I agree that stretching can help. Have an evaluation done of the back. The nerves in the back control the thigh muscles. Many sports drinks have a great deal of sugar so I am not a big fan of many of them. Checking minerals and hydration is important
