Calf pain?: If this is pain in your lower leg, then you have to worry about a blood clot (which can spread to your lungs!). Please go to an ER now and get it checked out. Pain for several days for no clear cause is always worth seeing a doc to make sure it is not something serious that needs to be treated immediately.
