I have a horrible headache, and generally not feeling well. this is the second time today i get this feeling. the first episode was on the 19th of june 2019. should i be concerned.

YES:: If not allergic to aspirin or NSAIDS, I suggest use of 400-600 mg of ibuprofen or 1-2 tablets of aleve or Excedrin Migraine. If you are having visual or speech issues, lack of coordination or one sided weakness, have someone drive you to to your local ER if no response to OTC meds noted.
