Not feeling well today horrible headache thought i had fever took temp n it was 94.1 now it's 95.3 is this something of concern n should i see a docto?

Grinding??: I get headaches too but mostly tension one and if I was you I would take 600mg of IBU (if you are not allergic or have stomach ulcer issues) and see what it does to the headache. Sorry to say but you are also a female there maybe for complex things at hand but remember almost everything in the body is inflammation driven. headaches can also be caused by grinding, dehydration, over hydration etc
