Good day about a week and half ago i had symptoms like flu, with moderate headache and a feeling of cold and hot at the same time. the pharmacy assisted with some flu pills but today it all came back with severe headache & a feeling of vomiting.

Doctor can recheck: A person with a "severe headache" with flu-like symptoms sounds worrisome because she could have the real flu or could have a type of meningitis. A doctor's evaluation is needed to decide on treatment. If a person had the flu 1-2 weeks ago, she can be unlucky and now have another strain of the flu or other infection. She can also have a complication of the flu, such as sinusitis, pneumonia, etc...
