Hi doctor. recently i have been feeling sick mostly at night. i get headaches and feel cold, but this is usually in the evenings and not during the days. is there something that i should be concerned about?

Hard to say: Feeling cold in the evenings associated with headaches doesn't, by itself, point to any specific diagnosis.
