Pain with + preg ?'s: A positive pregnancy test with bleeding (brown or red) may be due to impending "miscarriage", or more urgently a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic) which needs immediate attention. Call your OB/GYN and ask for an immediate visit, or if not possible, go to an emergency room for a pelvic ultrasound and treatment.
