I have got pains in my lower abdomen which started two weeks ago i did a pregnancy thinking maybe the depo injection didn't work the test was negative. now, when i'm peeing my navel is pulling inward and leaves pain and blood when wiping.

Lower abdominal pain: Lower abdominal pain in women can be a complicated issue to evaluate because it can be issues involving the urinary tract, the uterus and ovaries, the bowel/rectum. It would be best to have your provider who can do a good GYN exam and also evaluate these other areas see you within the next few days.
