Irregular periods, ovarian cyst, hydrosalpinx. 43 days after last period back pain and brown watery discharge on 1st day, egg-sized clot on 2nd and smaller one on 3rd, both passed during bowel movement. otherwise little blood, if any. what is this?

Cysts and prolonged: LH surge are likely from underlying polycystic ovaries, this can be a problem with irregular ovulation and cyclic flow. Can impede fertility to a greater or lesser degree. Infection could also be a cause, and damage fertility.
