Examination: Smart that you did a pregnancy test at home. This rules out pregnancy. The next step is to see an Obgyn to evaluate your vaginal discharge. They can do a pelvic exam to make sure everything is normal. They can also refer you to a gastroenterologist if needed. Intestines are the most active “moving” organ in the pelvis that would cause fluttering
