I'm on nexplanon. i have taken pregnancy test all which have come back negative. i have been having sharp pains around where my left ovary is and am now having milky white discharge and stringy clear discharge. there is no blood. what is happening?

Probably need to see Dr for exam & testing. I assume you are sexually active if you are on Nexplanon. Anyone sexually active can get a sexually transmitted infection, which can cause abnormal discharge &/or pain, & should be tested for. Even though the home pregnancy tests are negative, a blood pregnancy test may need to be considered since you have pain. An ultrasound also cab evaluate pain
