2--30 min daily: About 20-30 minutes daily of brisk walking should be good for your overall well being if you are in good cardiovascular shape. Before you begin such a daily routine please have a full medical exam by a primary care physician & ask that physician if there should be any restrictions to your activities. Also please adhere to good nutrition, get adequate sleep and avoid smoking & too much alcohol!
