Im confined to a chair or wheel chair most of the time but while in the chair my oral temp is 99.3 however when i stand and walk short distances my oral temp drops back 98.5. what could cause this?

You are cooling or forehead or where ever you are taking temp. Most accurate temperature is to measure the urine tenp immediately. See if you can find a mercury thermometer which is most accurate.
