Foul odor: If you were treated for yeast, but persist to have foul odor. The most likely cause would be Gardnerella which causes Bacterial vaginosis. Sporacef is Cefpodoxime which is a 3rd generation cephalosporin which would not be the treatment for Gardnerella. If indeed that is what you have. Given symptoms not improving probably worth being seen.

It is an antifungal : It is an anti fungal cream but not traditionally used for vaginal yeast. Based on your symptoms this may be a different infection, such as bacterial vaginosis. See your doctor for an exam and cultures.
