No: It is not advised to eat corn or corn products while on this particular diet (gluten/grains). Best of luck to you!

Candida diet: Diets that are low in sugar and carbohydrates but high in raw garlic and probiotics can help keep yeast infections at bay. Herbal supplements such as Pau D'Arco (tincture or capsule form) or the Candida-Cleanse by SolaRay may be helpful. Popcorn does breakdown to a simple carbohydrate but overall is relatively low in sugar.

Make sure, if you eat meat, that it has no antibiotics added to it, which might make yeast worse. Free-range is good too, and kinder.
