This sounds like: early arthritis or post injury changes in the wrist joint...Yes it needs follow-up. Start with your PCP but a Hand Specialist may be the next step. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z

I have sharp pain in the pinky side of my hand, mostly centred on the knobbly bone (Pisiform) I have golfers elbow and in the past I had carpal tunnel - Xray and Ultra sound confirmed no structural changes. Could this be ralated to carpal tunnel ?
Stiffness in little finger. Loss of grip strength. Sever pain in hand when little finger is pressured. Xray shows no abnormalities. Not Carpal tunnel.
