What does facet sclerosis at the lower two levels mean the above was reported from an xray on my spine taken because of ongoing back pain after a hea?

The facets are: small joints between the posterior parts of adjacent vertebra. Sclerosis generally implies degenerative arthritic changes. Lower two levels refers to the facets involving the lowermost 4 vertebra(each facet joint involves 2 adjacent vertebra).
