my 2.5 year old was pinched by a dog, should she get a rabies shot? it wasn't a bite, the area is just blue and scratched where he tried to bite. the dog is fully vaccinated.

No way, no worries: Rabies always starts within a few weeks of a bite or other exposure. There is no chance of it after 10 years. Don't worry about it.
