I have fluid in my ear that's causing me vertigo, how do i release or relieve this. the vertigo is making me feel ill?

Try OTC: antihistamines; Zyrtec, Benadryl or Claritin for at least one week. If not relieved I suggest trying motion sickness tablets like meclizine/Dramamine for 1 week. After that, if not relieved you may require oral steroids and a medical exam.
