feels like fluid moving around in rt ear when i tilt head around. no pain, throbbing, or discharge, but causes bit of dizziness. persistent 5 days?

Diagnosis: If you have fluid in the middle ear without pain, it is most likely a viral infection. You need an expert opinion to rule out any problem with your middle ear. These types of problems usually do not require any specific treatment and disappear;. If the symptoms persist for 3 weeks or more see an ENT specialist.
