Will having fluid in ears cause dizziness or vertigo or lab or inner ear issues ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Labyrinthitis.: Yes, congestion in the inner ear can lead to dizziness. This is called labyrinthitis, wherein the inflammation within the inner ear affects the balance mechanism therein, causing episodes of dizziness. Treating the allergies would make the dizziness go away.
