Bone loss: If teeth are decayed, or if gums infected, there can be bone loss previous to extraction. Single tooth bone loss will not cause change in facial drape. If you are c concerned, a Periodontist or Oral Surgeon can replace the bone and place an implant on which your Dentist can fabricate a crown. Talk to your Dentist.
