Many issues: You mention several symptoms. Some, all, or none of them may be related. With regard to heart "flutters, " "pounds, " and "low heart rate, " you should do a 30-day heart monitor so that your symptoms can be correlated to your heart rhythm. A "normal" ekg is not helpful if you were not having symptoms at the moment it was taken. Other symptoms can be investigated after heart is sorted out.
