been having heart palpitations for a around a week now, i'll usually get around 2-3 flutters and fast heartbeat.had clear ekg, chest x-ray, blood test.

Usually ok: Palpitations in an 18 year old who is otherwise healthy and has a normal ekg and chest xray are not usually of concern - but you should discuss this with your doctor.
