Evaluate your life: People do their best when they have proper nutrition, are healthy, they get enough restorative sleep & they are in a comfortable setting.Look at each of these parameters and work on any you think may be a problem.A visit to your doc may be helpful. In the end you may just need help with your study habits. Planning 10 min breaks every hour & setting a timer can push you to be more productive
